Host your event in 4 easy steps.
  1. Order the class - the quantity you order should be reflective of how many ingredient boxes are needed for your group. For example, if you have 10 different households attending, order 10 classes. 
  2. Upload your invitee email list on the checkout page.
  3. Select a central location and time for all attendees to pick up their ingredient box. If your group prefers to shop for their own ingredients, then just go grocery shopping for your ingredients. 
  4. Log on the day of your event and cook this dish with Chef Dane and your guests. 

About Chef Dane

A native of Seattle, Dane Hiett grew up with a passion for the culinary arts, bringing a myriad of dishes to life standing alongside his mother in their home kitchen. Working in the restaurant industry since age 15, he has spent countless hours refining his culinary skills, culminating in Chef Dane’s Kitchen. Throughout his pursuits, Dane spent eight years with the Four Seasons Hotel Restaurant in Santa Barbara, CA, and Vail, CO.
He also served as a consultant chef on the Food Network show, Restaurant: Impossible. Since venturing into the world of luxury catering, Dane has had the pleasure of serving an extensive list of clientele, including a number of high profile celebrities.
Dane is committed to using the power of food to bring people together and believes that some of the best memories are made around the dinner table. Whether preparing a full-course dinner or an hors d’oeuvres party, every occasion is carefully crafted into an unforgettable culinary experience.
